| Current leases for any investment properties owned and rented. |
| Copy of last 3 months bank statements (all pages). |
| Most current full month's worth of pay-stubs - all applicants. |
| Last two years W-2's - all applicants. |
| If self employed - last two years federal tax returns, both personal and corporate;
current P & L and balance sheet. |
| If bonus, overtime, or commission is 25% or more of total income - last 2 years federal
tax returns. |
